Paramotoring Flight Experience Itinerary

The paramotor tour itinerary over Santa Marta's Ciénaga Grande begins with your arrival at the meeting point in Ciénaga. During the first few minutes, the team checks wind conditions and performs a brief weight and health check. Insurance and operational policies are signed here before starting the experience.

Next, you'll move to the induction and preparation phase, receiving a clear explanation of safety rules, correct takeoff and landing postures, and how to communicate with the pilot mid-air. You'll be given full gear: helmet, harness, and straps. Quick tips like using sunglasses, sunscreen, and avoiding loose objects are also provided.

Once preparation is complete, we proceed to taxiing and takeoff. The pilot performs a brief engine test and checks the wing before starting the ascent. Takeoff is assisted and involves a short jog that turns into a smooth lift until reaching flight altitude.

The scenic flight, lasting approximately 15 minutes, begins with an initial ascent to help you get your bearings. As the experience continues, the route moves over the coastline and the lagoons of the Ciénaga Grande de Santa Marta, offering privileged views of the mangroves and, on clear days, the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta.

During the trip, selfie-style photos are captured with an INSTA360 camera. Only if you authorize it, the pilot can perform gentle maneuvers to boost the excitement. In the final minutes, a progressive descent and controlled approach begin for a beach landing.

Upon finishing, gear is removed and the pilot provides a brief flight debrief. Photos are delivered, and if you purchased the additional video service (COP 50,000), this file is also transferred in 360° format. A mobile device with about 2 GB free or external memory of the same size is required. After final post-flight recommendations, the tour concludes.
